Refund Policy

We want MonitorMedley to work for your setup. If you are not satisfied, contact support@monitormedley.com within 14 calendar days of purchase with your order reference or purchase email to request a full refund. You do not need to give a technical reason or complete troubleshooting first. We will confirm your request and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears.

After a completed refund, your license ends and that purchase no longer provides downloads or updates. Please uninstall the software from your computers and stop using it. Your personal images remain yours. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
