Who we are and scope

4th Wall Art, LLC, 220 Fox Meadow Drive, Wexford, PA 15090, United States, operates MonitorMedley and its sales and customer website. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the website, purchases, downloads, customer support and Windows application. Our launch offer is directed to adults in the United States.

Information you provide

We collect your account email and authentication information through our account provider, optional profile information you submit, purchase and payment references, the terms you accept, marketing preferences, and messages you send to support. Billing address and related transaction details are processed where needed for payment, tax and fraud prevention. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Do not send card details or sensitive personal information in a support message.

The MonitorMedley launch list

If you ask to hear about the launch, we store the email address you give us, an optional first name, the exact consent wording you agreed to together with its version and the time you agreed in UTC, whether you are still subscribed or have since unsubscribed, and the launch page or allowlisted campaign tag such as utm_source or utm_campaign that brought you to it. We do not store the full web address you arrived from, and this information is not sent to Google Analytics or any advertising service.

We use it to send the launch announcement and occasional development updates, and for nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We keep a minimal suppression record after an unsubscribe so your address is not added again, and messages about a purchase, license, refund or support request can still reach you. We do not sell this list, rent it, or share it with another company for its own marketing.

Giving permission for these emails is optional and is not required to buy MonitorMedley or to download your photographs. You can ask us to delete your details entirely at any time by writing to support@monitormedley.com.

Website and service information

Our hosting, authentication, payment and email services process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request times, account and session identifiers, security logs and email delivery information. We use necessary cookies or similar storage for sign-in, security, checkout and your privacy choices. These necessary functions operate even if you opt out of analytics. We use Google Analytics to process website activity and identifiers to help us understand site use and completed purchases, and you can opt out of that measurement at any time through Privacy choices in the footer. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, license information, payment-card data or local file paths to Google Analytics.

Your images and the Windows app

MonitorMedley reads the image folders you select so it can display and rotate backgrounds. Under our launch design, images, their contents and local folder paths are not uploaded to us, Base44 or Google Analytics by the application. They remain on your computer or the storage location you choose. Choosing a network or cloud-synced folder may involve your own storage provider under its terms. We do not use your images to train models or sell them. The application does not include advertising tracking, automatic usage telemetry or hardware fingerprinting in this release. If you voluntarily send screenshots or diagnostic information to support, we receive what you send; remove anything private first.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process payments and taxes, provide and recover download access, record license and agreement information, respond to support, process refunds, prevent fraud, maintain reliable services and meet legal and accounting obligations. If you opt in, we send product tips and promotional news. We use website analytics to improve the site and understand aggregate performance, and you can opt out of it at any time. We do not require marketing consent to purchase or download the software.

Service providers and disclosures

We use Base44 for hosting, database, authentication and application services; Stripe for payments and transaction management; our configured email provider for service messages; and Google Analytics for website measurement. Our current service-provider list and material changes are maintained on this page. Those providers process information under their applicable contracts and privacy terms, including in countries where they operate. We may disclose information when reasonably needed to comply with law, protect rights and security, investigate fraud, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising in this launch configuration.

Cookies and choices

You can opt out of analytics at any time through Privacy choices in the footer of this site, and you can change that choice whenever you like. Opting out stops future analytics collection for that browser and does not prevent account access, checkout or downloads. It does not automatically erase information already lawfully collected. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect sign-in. We do not sell personal information, and we keep advertising personalization, remarketing and social advertising pixels disabled at launch.

Marketing and service email

You may unsubscribe from marketing through the link in each marketing email or by contacting us. We retain the minimum information needed to honor that preference. We may still send necessary purchase, account, security, refund and support messages. Marketing opt-out does not cancel your license or prevent customer access.

Retention and security

We keep information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and applicable legal obligations. Our standard schedule is up to 7 years for order and agreement records, up to 24 months after resolution for support messages, approximately 30 days for ordinary security logs, and up to 14 months for configured analytics event data. Account and entitlement records remain while needed to provide your purchased access; minimal unsubscribe records remain to honor opt-outs. Fraud investigations, disputes and legal obligations may require different retention periods. Provider-managed logs and backups may follow separate documented retention cycles; deleting active records may not immediately remove protected backup copies.

We use access controls, encrypted transport and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet system or storage method is completely secure. Keep your account secure and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. We do not collect precise location or full hardware identifiers merely to enforce the three-PC license.

Requests and state rights

You may contact support@monitormedley.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about you, or to ask about privacy choices. We verify requests reasonably to protect your information and respond within the time required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for payments, taxes, fraud prevention or legal claims. We will explain relevant limits. Deleting an account may remove convenient download access; we will explain the effect and available purchase-recovery options before completing the request.

Depending on your state of residence and the laws that apply to our business, you may have additional rights, including portability, appeal or the right to opt out of certain processing. We will honor applicable rights and required recognized opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control where legally required. Ordinary browser Do Not Track signals do not have a uniform implementation standard; use Privacy choices in the footer to opt out of analytics. We do not deny a required privacy right because you exercised it.

Children and changes

Our product and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Purchases require an adult who can accept the Terms. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can assess and remove it as appropriate. We may update this policy to reflect actual service changes and publish the revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required, and new optional tracking will not be enabled without the required notice and choices.
